• Exclusive use of venue and 16-acre property for 8 hours, including all dining tables and chairs up to 100 people seated inside

• A/V equipment – 3 TVs in bar area, screen and mobile projector, microphone and speakers

• WiFi and controllable music system in all rooms

• Non-alcoholic beverages

• Option for meal/snacks
